these last two weeks were the last two gigs of the Admit One prod. since i had work, i only got to go to the first one and didn’t bring my camera. sucks.
the end of admit one made me think of the time last year when NU107.5 closed. both of which have made HUGE impacts of my sense and understanding of music (especially the local scene).
really sad times. i just hope people pick up from what both NU and Admit One have done, pass it forward and keep the torch burning.
man, i haven’t posted in forever.
here are a few photos from a shoot i did for this gym that was making a program for brides to be. hehe!
the shots made me think of roger’s wedding :)
definitely feelin this :)

The other day I was down by the Hudson River, and I see two nuns in full habit rollerblading down the street holding hands. And I’m like, ‘Oh my god, I get it. The world is surreal and beautiful. And everything is fine.’

And here’s when we finally got to reschedule the headphone shoot. We met up in our luthier friend’s place and shot there instead. :)
Here he is in Ebe’s video for his first single off his solo album, Dalawng Mukha nang Pag-ibig. Muli
And here’s Roger with Karel Honasan for a dual bassist gig with Barbie.
Good friend and fellow bassist, Roger Alcantara who’s definitely one of the best bassists I know. His band, Eternal Now is one of the longest standing prog bands in the Philippines together with Fuseboxx. Nowadays, you can catch him playing gigs with Barbie Almalbis-Honasan and Ebe Dancel.
He’s been known to wear this mask on gigs for the past, i dont know, maybe 10 years? hehe!
This shoot was actually an accident. I was supposed to shoot him for my headphone project and after travelling about 15kilometers and getting to his place, I realized that I forgot to bring my headphones. FAIL!
